Spanning around 2000m2, this project will see the full refurbishment of the Clerici building, which is one of the Universities main teaching spaces. This upgrade forms part of a larger scale programme of investment to create a more aspiring, modern campus. Designed by Ostick & Williams Architects, this new and improved building will provide a new home to the faculty of business. In addition, the Clerici project will create 28 teaching rooms, a lecture theatre and a social space with café.
The new exterior façade will comprise of our ACM hook on secret fix rainscreen system using Larson FR ACM in two colours. Additional changes to the exterior of the Clerici building will be newly landscaped green areas for more usable outdoor space, all designed to promote natural light into new social learning spaces.
We are delighted to be working with M Clarke & Sons, who are the main cladding contractors, and have instructed CGL Facades to manufacture and supply the cladding for this re-development. The main contractor for the project is McGlaughlin & Harvey.
